For me, yoga creates a steady mind and a sense of peace. It gives me the space to challenge myself while learning to listen to my own body and abilities without judgement

My Yoga Philosophy
Yoga continually humbles me. It reminds me that every day is different, that there is always more to learn, and that strength can also come from knowing when to soften, listen and let go.
This is the mindset I bring into my classes. I want to create a space where people feel encouraged to challenge themselves, while also respecting their own boundaries and listening to what they need. A space where progress is personal, judgement is left at the door, and the tools we develop on the mat can support us off the mat too.
Ultimately, I want my students to leave class not only feeling stronger and more peaceful, but with a greater sense of trust in themselves and the ability to carry that feeling into everyday life.
My journey to yoga
I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years. Not always consistently, but always with a heartfelt passion.
Life gets in the way - house moves, career changes, babies! But yoga is always there and always draws me back. When the mind is congested and busy, stillness can be found through movement.
