Child's pose
Garbhasana relaxes the spine, neck and stretches the back muscles. In this position, the knees are supported and the forehead is placed lightly on the floor while the arms are relaxed at the sides.

Cobra
Bhujangasana is a well-known yoga exercise for the back muscles. You lie on your stomach, support your hands at chest height and slowly straighten your upper body, with your face pointing slightly upwards.

Cat
Majariasana exercise strengthens the muscle tone of the legs and arms and relieves the strain on the back and stomach. A "cat's hump" and a hollow back are formed on all fours, then arms and legs are raised diagonally.

Tree pose
The tree is a classic yoga balance exercise. One knee is bent, arms brought together in front of the chest. The hands are raised above the head when the stance is stable.

Yoga is a toolbox for everyday life. The awareness, breath, movement and mindset I develop through my practice give me tools to meet everyday stresses with greater calm, resilience and perspective
Om shanti!
